There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

I was starting to get frustrated while working with several different agencies that did not seem to understand my concerns, until I met Jody. She actually managed to convince me to take a unit in a building I had already viewed with a different agency and said no to. The reason was her attention to detail and her thoughtful explanations as to why she still thought it was a good choice for me. She listened carefully and empathetically to all my needs and preferences. She also managed to execute the entire process from viewing to handover with efficiency. I am extremely pleased with my new home and feel lucky that Jody was able to help me. She is thorough, goes above and beyond, and is extremely professional.
